Once Upon A Time

In a land of ancient gods
Where the river flows with gold
There's a story of a man
Who went searching for his soul

In the land of the olden days
Where the gods still roam
He found his way to the river's edge
And he called it his new home

He saw the shining river
And he knew he had to find
A way to cross the waters
And leave his past behind

He braved the raging current
And he found a hidden cave
Inside he found a treasure
And he knew he could be brave

With the Sun beating down on his back
He followed the winding river track
Through the dusty western land
He buried his treasure in the sand

Now the man is gone
But his legend still remains
The river still flows with gold
And the gods still reign
