Encounters

One day i encountered one man
It now seems like so long ago
But it was only a couple of days
That added so much to, to my soul

I knew him before that, that day
But i only knew a small part of him
And i was told i made a change
A change that did also affect me

The most beautiful part of him
That night i began to know
The night he decided to share
The thoughts from deep inside his soul

He said that i was the reason
He said beauty was all over me
That he was only the reflection
Of the one that i turned out to be

That he turned out to be

So many thoughts we, we shared
So many feelings we felt
With only words we, we dealt
With the situation we were held

And then it came a time, a time
When wondering was all we could find
And wishing was in vain, all in vain
But love was above all, all gain
