Storms of Change

Shadowy places in my soul
seek to upset my being,
dreams and signs come to me,
they open my eyes, they let me See.

They leave in my visions of other times,
my mind begins to comprehend,
it is awake from its lethargy,
it is my heritage that rules, it is my law.

Storms of change today come to me,
strings begin to grow
generating new connections
it is my legacy that begins to emerge.

New winds inundate my consciousness,
my sacred fire is beginning to burn,
burning all of my miseries,
a new man is about to be born.

The ghosts of the old ages
transform before the new Being,
the Phoenix is reborn in its ashes,
a new cycle begins to flourish.
