I wish you had been there
let's just leave and go from here
to watch that scene over again
wouldn't bother me

it's a rich festive land
with not quite people overstand
shut that thing over your chin
and follow me

they said come again
to uncommonplace

a witch chasing cabs
trapping eagles over crabs
a buck toothed thing of a gofer bear
is in front of me

and little pesky hares
kept their feetprints on the stairs
and what with the weasel over there
man he's ugly

I wish I kept that list
of what to bring to a loco fair
and what to say to a gofer bear
who's hungry
