Strangers Things Have Happened

Since I moved in, I've seen them
Faces of all the deceased
Plagued by a red eyed demon
But I've made some friends here at least
Stranger things have happened

Everybody thinks I'm crazy
But I'd rather be crazy than dead
Though the truth is dark and hazy
There's a price we must pay
And there's no other way, it's the end

Something here reeks of murder
Over a treasure or jewel
Maybe their meat was butchered
Into bologna for school

Cultists have called the demon
And possibly lost a burnt tooth
