A-Maze

Run away
I don't know what lies behind
Get away
All these walls hinder my sight
Never try
To go back where you came from
You'll get lost for sure

All I see
Are endless tiring stairs
And I'm going nowhere
But I find
Some crumbs on the ground
Leading me straight
Into this trail
I stray from the path again
I won't last longer

And I know I have to go through
Or I'll never find the truth
Of this maze that won't let me go
What awaits behind the door?
I would run away if I could
This maze just won't let me go

I am still
In awe for what I see
Paralyzed
I am nailed to the ground
What I see
I'm trying to understand
What's the meaning of this
Where am I?
I'm sure I've already walked
Through this passage

I'm losing faith... Forever lost
Days, over nights, over days
My fears come true
Can I go on?
I think I have lost control

But now I see some lights
Over the wall
The way out was not so far

And I know I am going through
Now that I found the truth
I don't want to leave anymore
What is lyiong behind the door?
I will find out very soon
Now I'll face this maze once more
