There was a flash

Speeding through a tunnel of color
At the end it led to a wall of pearlescent liquid
It swallowed me

I emerged in a place between space and time
Where an ecology of souls welcomed me on the other side
Their voices shimmered through the ambiance
Made of light, I realized we were all the same
