Since the age of man, we're born unto the flames
Doing whatever we can, results in the same
Desecrate Mother Earth, bodies littering dirt
Consume our flesh to the light, free to scatter...

Fear and wonder pass on, estrangement to our lives
Fear and wonder drive us, death on the mind
All my life, wondering why... Who the fuck am I?
True saving soul, torched and left to burn

Exhalent breath, expired life, to decide
Every day, every life, to coincide
Ash to ash, scattered dust, blinding light...

Doubt that fear will last, feeling is all the same
Corpse deteriorate to dust, souls to wander
Knowing that the feeling will pass, expirations grand design
Back to the roots I slide, from whence creation began

All my life, seeing things so clear... We all have to die!
