On The Waves

When I'm being played against the waves
I can only see ghosts in this dark storm
Fear takes over my heart I feel cold and despair
These waves want to drown me

Oh master, the sea revolts against me
The sky is covered in darkness, I need strength
I don't see the savior the unbelief blinded my eyes
Our boat is far away being dragged by this strong wind

I'm sinking. Master can you see me? Help me!
But I see you're just sleeping there on the boat
Now I know I'm not alone. I will not sink any more
The waves and winds obey your voice
Calm down!

On the waves I will walk along with my master
I will not fear, your strong arm holds me

I am with the lord of the skies and the sea

I need to have more faith in my master
He told me to be brave

If you are afraid you will be swallowed by the waves

And afflictions in this sea of life
Violent waves that want to drown us
But the lord is with us on this boat
