I do remember the story well
I could tell the tale but you may not think that it's true
A man was talking about living good
And if He could He would offer His life for you
I thought He was a crazy man but He acted so cool
He said the dumb could understand and the pauper could rule
He outsmarted everyone who got in His way
And it was clear The Man right here was perfectly sane

I would just listen it sounded good
Well, the man He stood alone and sang His song from a hill
He aggravated everyone who thought they were fine
He called people vipers if they were living a lie
