Recapture

For awhile i was free,
No longer could you control me,
I could do whatever i wanted,
See whomever i pleased.

But now, in your presence,
All my attention is yours,
My eyes refuse to stray,
From you i can no longer hide.

So i pretend i dont care,
Pretend i dont see you stare,
With those eyes i had forgotten,
