Screams From The Asylum

Dying shrieks break the dead of night
The witching hour brings dread and fright
My midnight walk turns into hell
The asylum windows, to me, soon tell
Death and possession rage inside
From the demons and spirits, you cannot hide
I escaped from the bowels of bedlam
Now my soul is forever damned!

Committed in the haven of lost souls
I am there against my will
Scream and scream again and again
My only thought is to kill!

Running through the dark, dense woods
Shadows follow in their long, black hoods
Rain like blood dripping down my face
This isn't a life I want to embrace
My heart is pounding as I awake
Only a dream, maybe I'm insane
I still don't know how they got me here
What else possesses me besides this fear?
