I never learned to love the light of yours
There’s something else that fills my heart with calm, quiet call
Here on this wasteland I found my home
Far away here all dreams lie below the rust of time

Here I stand, under Mercury Moon
I let it bleed its silver all over me
Here I belong, not under your Sun
As the poison fills me, I learn to breathe again

Under envenomed skies and ardent cold
I wander in the dark towards the one with glow impure
This path I chose to run, this somber road
Is just for one and none shall follow me where my Moon casts its light
