Breath of Time

I want to be fire, I yearn to be twilight in the sky
I long to be freedom and then fade away.
I looked through the shadows, feeling so lonely deep inside
Dreaming of times when I can fly so high.

When you learn the Time has come,
You can only try to free your mind,
Then you feel death all around,
You will find the way you' re looking for,
A revolt in your soul,
Trying escape, to run, to fly,
Till the end of your world.
Oh! Why can't you see, It's the end of dreams.

In your dreams there is no way,
You can seek but never find it out,
While the sands devour your days
And you face a fear that never ends
A new horizon unfolds
Who can say It's dreamless sleep,
Or a perpetual bliss.
