I sat down at the VFW next to some guy I didn’t know
Our talkin turned to laughin cause where we’re from is nowhere close
Next thing you know we landed on let’s agree to disagree
And then we raised our glass to cheers he said

We need more people lovin people
How bout givin that a try
Need more meetin in the middle

When it comes to mama’s cookin we could all use a little more
