Here's one of the fastest ones on 
the album (and one of my personal
favorites).

The intro riff, which returns later 
in the song, is something like this:

If you listen real closely during 
the intro, you can hear Vinnie 
saying

cake.....E5 F#5 E5 D....or it could 
be E F# E D
depending on what you think sounds 
better.
