Young and eager
To taste adventure
The blood of gods in his heart
High and mighty,
A born offender

A fiery spirit,

His chariot burns in the sky

Father, Phoebus
The god of light and heat
"Let me guide
The chariot of the sun
Let me feel the solar heat"
Jupiter hurls his lightning bolt
As Phaethon crosses the sky
From a distance Clymene
Stares in anguish
Hoping Phaethon
Once again will fly
