Pray For Me

The punishment for my blasphemy
To suffer for an eternity
Why should this mean a thing to me
With all this anguish and misery

Though I try to self medicate
A pill for love and a pill for hate
There's just so much that someone can take
To help forget how I've sealed my fate

When the time has come for me to burn
I guess I'll get what I deserve
When the rising flames are all I see
Will it be too late to pray for me?

So why not change? someone may ask
My innocence was left in the past
The consequence doesn't bring me fear
If there's a hell than I'm already there
