Hymn To King Helios

Late, awake at home
Sniffing through thy Mysteries
Trying to touch thy skin in fever
I give myself to the fog
The Goddess darkness takes me out of here
The cycle is ending, thou finally can see my hands

My eyes in Silver shade
A nine-day journey I left behind
Knowing that I'll never be the same
I see the whole so clear
The foe, the friend, the same lie in every face

Libations in honor
My secret unveiled shall remain
Step aside Galileans
We're no longer requesting thy flesh
Cause we shall finally shine

King, shine! In thy olden ray light
Watch me out from the upper realms
No man can stop me on my quest
Now the wheel is turning

The serpent met the egg
My breath, led back to thy principle
And through the fire I've seen life beyond my death
Now I walk on a better road
My King, in light, will provide me strength
No matter how dark, I'll be there
To your crown I'll sing
