As the shadows vanish in light
As the sun's rays banish the night
I awake in abject fright
Yesterday I fought for my kingdom

To survive and reap all rewards
To the victor go all the spoils
On the field we met with a roar
As the klaxons howled out our orders

Far from the fight
Beyond the night
Glory awaits those who stand

Roar of thunder blackens the sky
Our horsemen passing me by
