It was a busy day filled with rubbish
No one really needs
Unpleasant news in the papers
And on TV dirty deeds
I wasn’t satisfied so I decided
It was time to take some action
So I washed up the dishes hoping for some relief
And some distraction
The reflection of my face in the water
Wasn’t pleasant at all
And as I remembered what put me in this state
I shouted through the hall:

We just sit and enjoy the ideas that we have

Between reality and feeling good
All the plans and dreams that we have
Will work out that’s understood
