Comatic Burial

Late night but the Moon shines bright
It paves a way to a cottage on the hillside
Rotten wood from the dying trees
Barely keeping hold

Each motion makes a creak
In this frozen tomb
My own cerebral room
Behind the casket, you
Here I lay

I can feel it in my chest again
That sinking, drowning, vacant pain
Another day with words left unsaid
Another day closer to the end

He takes my hands
Lying on the ground
Places them above
