Cold and terrible
Are the winds following me
Are the feelings haunting me
And the memories I cannot erase

Cold
Is the void inside my soul
Is the lack of all control
And the solitude I seem to chase

Terrible
Is the absence of reason
Is the scar left by treason
And the peace I tried to purchase

I wish I could kill hope
The sarcastic lover of all those
Who are married with despair
