Sin, guilt, evil; the need for redemption is obvious
Yet mankind has always resisted God's appointed means - the cross of Christ

I feel surrounded by all this crazy evil
Hateful people, man's depraved and lethal
Headlines are grim, end times, my friend
We're finally realizin' the slime we're in
We're on the verge of a world war
While two-third of the world's poor
But man can't even seem to settle it

He plans, scams, and schemes sneaky embezzlement
The rich covet 3 porsches
While 10% of the world uses 90% of it's resources
Sexually transmitted diseases
Technically, man lives how he pleases (Psalm 36: 4)
The norm is lying (Romans 3: 13), porn is thriving
Most kids have sex before they're driving
In this age, the golden rule

Is the amount of jewelry you must wear to be told you're cool
It's cold and cruel and Satan has followers (John 8: 44, Ephesians 2: 2)
They praise culture, they're blatant idolaters (Isaiah 46: 6-7)
Blasphemous philosophers, half our kids are gossipers (Romans 1: 29)
Evolutionists produced from Lucifer's uterus
Guns and abortion, money extortion
Tons are divorcin' in abundant proportions
So, parents are scarin' kids, marriages are very quick
Heretics, arrogance (Romans 1: 30), Arabic Terrorists!

It's total depravity, a global catastrophe (Isaiah 24: 5)
No one is good (Romans 3: 12), we're so full of crap, you see (Isaiah 64: 6)
We all should melt in Hell's vices (Romans 3: 23, 6: 23)
Even the self-righteous will be dealt like this (Luke 18:10-14)
You'll build the tallest shrine for the dollar sign
That's idol worshiping, we're law-defying
And rifle murdering, Columbine
All bogus and fraud and opposers of God (Romans 1: 30, 3: 18)

TV violence, defiled photography
CD pirates and child pornography
Baby molesters, guys sleep with their cousins
Shady investors, wives cheat on their husbands
We're sheisty, from Nike slave labor
To nightly date rapers, pregnant eighth-graders
Political leaders are quick to be bribed with checks
We're pitiful creatures, addicted to cybersex!

Our masterpiece is when cash increase
While little boys get raped by Catholic priests
Man's flesh likes transvestites
While the Internet's full of planned sex sites
You love the sin that you plummet in (John 3: 19)
You love the evil one and you're huggin' him (John 8: 44)
Cursed persons, we condone pestilence (Romans 1: 32)
We're jerks worshipin' our own excrement! (Philippians 3: 19c)

We have fun likin' this unrighteousness (Job 15:16)

Greed and mad strife, get bent with a needle

Our ooze precipitates and you participate

Advertisements in mad disguises
We watch TV to grab cash and prizes
Fashion fiend lovers, half are teen mothers

The masses attracted to magazine covers
We're breakin' the law (James 2: 10), even cops do it
Satan's involved, peep our pop music
Horror movies, your kid's exposed to them
There's shorties' booties on Nickelodeon!
To sum it up, the world is sin (1 John 5: 19b)
But the world's not aware of the peril it's in
We're called mankind, but is man kind?
'Cause I can't find one that stands fine! (Micah 7: 2)
People try to creep and hide their secret lives
But God's justice won't let evil slide (Exodus 34: 7, Nahum 1: 3)

How you gonna stand before a Holy Judge
That doesn't tolerate sin or withhold His grudge? (Psalm 1: 5)
Give attention, man's depraved, sure
But every sin I mentioned must be paid for (Exodus 34: 7, Nahum 1: 3)
But there's one solution among confusion (John 14: 6)
Instead of you being punished, there's been a substitution!
Christ was treated by the Father
Like He committed the sins in this song (2 Corinthians 5: 21)
His life deleted a violent slaughter (Isaiah 53: 5)
So we can be forgiven for our things that our wrong!

If you believe in Him, He'll rescue ya
Yeshua will redeem your sin
Surely, man is cursed and damned
But Christ fulfilled the Law (Matthew 5: 17)
'Cause He's the perfect lamb (Exodus 12: 5)
The only sacrifice that covers the cost
Of our sin's price, so He hung on the Cross (Hebrews 9: 12-15)

God hates sin and Satan (Psalm 45: 7)
But He's patient (Exodus 34: 6), He takes depraved men
