Rise, my Christian brethren
Rise against the world
They laid the seed
While we were all sleeping
While we waited for some Rapture
To take us all we took

Truths we took for granted now are all challenged
The child-like mind has the loudest voice

Why should we polish
The brass on this sinking ship?
This question has caused us to
Let the demons fly
Foundations that once
Honored God and His law
Are now laid to waste
And we let it happen
Crumbling foundations
Of this Godless world
Government now
Honor those that mock Christ
The media and arts
Have always had an agenda
Spread their seed
Their waiting game

Accept no allegiance from those
That say they're on the right!
Who do not have Christ as
Their grounding in truth
They are just as lost as those that
Are on the left
They cannot bring peace
That's only found in Christ
Waxing elegant about
What must be done
But nothing they offer can kill

Though they can point to the problem
They have no answer
