Another day another night
Pastures of green have turned to white
I can feel my breath
A frozen place, a lonely space
Where the undead live and dance

Demons wait for someone just like me
I must travel quietly

Try to forget the cold
As I walk alone

The world seems so far away
I dream of returning one day
What I know seems so far away
Where is the road
Will I find my way home

A rapid change, an altered view
Through the ice and into the tomb
Of truth and bone, what can I do

In this cave underground
A sense of death surrounds me
Nine messengers on the ground
Unmoving

Master, I am not the only one
Gods, I am just another on the run
How many more are making this journey

It's time to break the mold
And see this to the end

Down in the dark
No one to rescue me
The kingdom I love
And the majesty
Is counting on me

When my time is over
And the memories take their shape
Will I be remembered

Evasive alibis and promises
Altered by a dream
I have the key of life
Its light surrounds me

Walk to the only door
Try the key
Collapsing into the floor, I'm free
To walk the corridors

Remove the key from the door
Its life giving light will lead me on

Showing me an ancient place
A man with a sword in his hands
Never to hunt again

Knights and thieves have all come
Looking for their prize

Heroes fall and never seen again
Inside this hall, a crypt of crystal
Prophets and sons are never seen again
Despite their calls, a grave for them all
Is this my time to see the everdream
That haunts my soul, with images of home
