I can feel the decay
This disease pulling me apart
In every direction
Wishing I can speak
Instead I just disregard
Suffocate me - set me free
Inside I am so weak
Attending to wounds
That nobody sees - screaming internally

Lack of sleep, loss of cartilage in my knees

Co dependent to cynicism
