Air breathes in letters flow out
Wind of language swirls all about
The thought that has hovered in clouds
Vibrations of a disc make not sound

Water falls down as a tear
Rain that comes from within your years
As deep and as heavy as sea
Pools that you call your memories

Fire breathing lions in skies
Lightning darts in paths from their eyes
Faces ablaze as if suns
Rainbows leave a trace where they’ve gone

Earth pushing forward for more
Mountains rising up from the floor
Sustain your tribes on the plains
Fields that grow a different today

Don’t wait for your eyes
To see the sun rise
Indigo eggs at dawn
Hear a fiery song
Over lifetimes we consume
Diets of stars and moons
From their dark milk spilled at night
