Hunger

We are in the xxi century
And hunger is still out there
Killing our brothers and sisters
While invisible
To those who won’t see

I just wish that I could change that
In a snap of my fingers
The sunrise good for everyone
Instead of tears a smile

We are in the xxi century
Seeing what is convenient to see
To forget what really matters
Celebrations of useless achievements

They don’t care if the world ends today
Their fear is that it will go on to the same way
