Burned Out

I spent New Year’s Eve, 2018
In London, wondering when I could leave
Fear of missing out is my main motivation
Staying booked and busy, never take a vacation

Leaving a meeting for another meeting
7-11 is all that I’m eating
Jealous of the people sitting down at a table
I would if I was able

I work 9 to 5 to 9
Shouldn’t I be working all the time

Wake up already stressed
And I can sleep in when I’m dead
