Let me start by saying that I have no music theory training and do everything by ear. That said, the chord names
I have used below are more symbolic - I'll do my best to name them correctly. Please feel free to send me a
message with their technical names.
Watch videos of Noah playing to get a feel for his strumming/chord changes, I did my best to be very accurate in
Chords Used:
EmCGG* G** DAmE|-0-----0-----3-----3-----3----0----3-|
B|-0-----1-----0-----1-----1----3----1-|
G|-0-----0-----0-----0-----0----0----0-|
D|-2-----2-----0-----2-----0----4----2-|
A|-2-----3-----0-----0-----2----5----0-|
E|-0-----3-----3-----3-----0----5----0-|
Note 1:
Throughout the song, Noah does a lot of hammer-ons and pull-offs with the B and D strings. Especially when
he plays a C. When playing a G*, Noah almost always does so by first hammering-on the B and D strings out of a
G chord.
Note 2:
Coming out of Interlude 2 Noah exits with what I will call an Am, and does a quick jump to what I will call G**
right before moving to the C, like this (added an approximate strum pattern here to help):
D D D U D U D
Am.... G** CE|--3-3-3--3-3-3---0-|
B|--1-1-1--1-1-1---1-|
G|--0-0-0--0-0-0---0-|
D|--2-2-2--2-2-0---2-|
A|--0-0-0--0-0-2---3-|
E|--0-0-0--0-0-0---3-|
