Notice
Simply accessing any of our websites constitutes acknowledgment that you have read the most recent and updated version of the Terms of Use. Furthermore, we will consider that you agree to all the conditions stated herein as well as to all other policies published on any of these sites. For this reason, we recommend that you carefully read this document BEFORE you start using any of our websites or downloading our applications. We also recommend reading all other policies we have adopted, such as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any condition outlined in the Terms of Use or with any of our policies, we suggest that you do not access our websites and do not use our services or products. However, if you have any questions about the rules of use, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you!
Free of charge
The services and features we offer on our websites are completely free, and no payment is required from our users. In our apps, most features are also free. However, for the Cifra Club family of services, there is a set of benefits available to users who choose to subscribe to Cifra Club Pro (described below in this document). These benefits vary depending on the type of purchase and are detailed directly within the apps.
Registration
Let’s suppose this is your first time accessing our company’s website and that you’ve already read and agreed to these Terms of Use. You may continue browsing freely, without the need to register, and visit all the pages available to non-registered users. However, if you want to engage more directly with the features offered on our websites, you’ll need to complete a registration. When registering, you’ll be required to provide personal information, including your name, email address, city, country, date of birth, and gender. Providing this information is mandatory, and it’s essential that you enter only accurate, precise, and truthful details in the form. We also ask that you keep your personal information up to date whenever there are any changes. Additionally, we reserve the right to use all valid and lawful means to identify our users to prevent fraud and fake profiles. For more information on this topic, we recommend reading our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility to register
Our websites, apps, and features are available only to individuals who have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with Brazilian law. Therefore, individuals who do not have such capacity — including minors (under 18 years of age) — may not use them unless assisted or represented by a parent, guardian, or legal representative. The same applies to individuals whom we have temporarily or permanently banned due to improper use of the sites. It is also not permitted for the same person to have more than one account. If we detect duplicate registrations, we may merge or permanently disable them without prior notice.
Purchases and Sponsorship related to the registration
Users who choose to subscribe to Cifra Club Pro (as described below in this document) may do so from any device that allows this action, and will then receive access to Cifra Club Pro subscriber benefits across all platforms, provided they use the same login used when the subscription was activated. The free trial period for any paid service within the apps is limited to ONE use per account. In other words, once a user takes advantage of the free trial period, cancels the subscription, and later decides to subscribe again, the free trial will no longer be available.
Login and password
At the end of the registration process, you will need to set a username (identification) and a password, which must be provided at each login. However, keep in mind: your username and password must be kept secure by you, as you will be fully responsible for any consequences arising from their use. For this reason, we do not recommend sharing these credentials with others. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your username or password, please notify us immediately by email (suporte@studiosol.com.br), as you may otherwise be held responsible for any consequences resulting from such misuse.

MDM Hands
Data Collection Through Our Partners
The data collected from our users is obtained through the MDM Platform – a mobile data intelligence solution developed by Hands. The main purposes of the MDM Platform are:
To create accurate behavioral audiences for mobile advertising by using precise audience segmentation, which is then used to deliver advertising campaigns.
Generate insight reports aimed at providing behavioral analyses linked to market intelligence.
After the user’s consent regarding data collection , one of the legal bases provided by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Hands analyzes the following information:
Advertising Identifier: Advertising Identifiers refer to information about the user targeted by advertising. This information is usually presented and grouped using a code — the “User ID” — which is generated from random numbers based on the operating system in use.
Mobile Device Data: Information about the mobile device’s model, manufacturer, operating system, carrier, connection type, and time zone.
SDK Data: Events for generating media campaign reports.
Hands has no access to, and the MDM Platform does not collect, any of the following personal data:
User's CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry);
User's name;
User’s phone number; and/or
User’s email.
Hands does not process any personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, or affiliation with religious, philosophical, or political organizations, nor any data concerning an individual’s health or sexual life.

Content posting
It is important to clarify that we, at Studio Sol, act solely as “application providers,” in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet. In other words, we are simply the owners of the websites and their respective platforms. Our mission is to spread knowledge by carrying out a clear educational activity in music, inspired by the highest principles of democratization and universality of education. We are not responsible for publishing or posting any content on our websites (except for the institutional materials of our company); the posting of content is therefore an exclusive prerogative of our users. For this reason, as mere providers, we are not responsible for the content posted. This responsibility lies solely with the users. Therefore, it is very important that you, as a user, pay close attention to the content you choose to post on any of our websites—such as song lyrics, chords, tabs, videos, photos, music files, or any other type of content—avoiding, for example, the violation of copyright, personality rights (such as third-party image, voice, and name), or industrial and commercial trademark rights. With regard to copyright, we assume that you will only publish on our websites content that is free and/or properly licensed, and that does not infringe upon third-party rights. Since we do not control the content posted by our users (which would be both humanly and technologically impossible!), we rely on the responsible conduct and good judgment of our users and partners. Our responsibility is limited, it is important to note, to removing content whenever we receive a specific court order to do so. This obligation arises from the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Article 19). We also suggest that you read the next section of these Terms of Use, which explains the procedure for content removal. By accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree that any and all content you have posted, whether authored by you or by third parties, may be used across all of our websites (even if the content was originally posted on a single site), as well as on our social media channels. Furthermore, you allow the content to be edited by other registered users, who may suggest adjustments, propose arrangements and modifications, thus developing a truly collaborative platform whose sole purpose is the free dissemination of knowledge and high-quality musical education. Specifically on the Palco MP3 website, we may use photos and graphic elements present on the artist’s Palco MP3 page, official or unofficial websites, and social media for featured images on the main page. Accordingly, bands and artists must agree that Palco MP3 may use the aforementioned items exclusively for promotional purposes on the site itself and on official social media channels. Finally, you also agree that our websites may display advertising, including alongside content you have posted, without any restriction. You guarantee that any use of the content you post will not involve any payment of any kind, and that its availability will always be free, provided that other users comply with the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.
Copyright infringement complaint
If any individual or company believes that content posted by one of our users violates their copyrights or personality rights, they may send us an email (suporte@studiosol.com.br) describing the issue, precisely identifying all content involved, and providing valid proof of ownership of the rights in question. Although the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet only requires a service provider to remove content after receiving a specific court order, we reserve the right to take down content even without a judicial order whenever we detect a situation that may constitute a serious rights violation. However, this does not mean we assume responsibility for any damages resulting from keeping the content online after receiving such a notification or email. Removing content before a court order is our prerogative and right—not an obligation. Furthermore, you, as a user, fully accept that any content you post on any of our sites may be removed without prior notice. Regardless, you will be notified of any rights violation claims involving content you posted and will have the opportunity to present your defense. Additionally, you authorize us to share your personal data provided during registration, as well as your content, with judicial authorities upon request. None of these actions taken by us will cause you any harm, and by using our services, you fully accept these conditions and waive any right to seek compensation from our company.
Obligations assumed by users
By using any of our websites, you agree to never: (a) violate third-party copyrights or personality rights; (b) use any data mining methods or similar data extraction techniques; (c) manipulate or otherwise present the website or its content using “framing” or similar browsing technology; (d) register, subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to register, subscribe, or unsubscribe any party for any product or service without express authorization to do so; (e) transmit or disclose illegal or prohibited material, or insult, slander, libel, or defame any person or company; (f) spread information about illegal activities and incitement to crime; (g) make available content of a discriminatory nature of any kind, such as ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any other; (h) create a false identity or use subterfuge with the intent to deceive others or obtain undue advantage; (i) send unsolicited advertising material, including spam, junk mail, chain letters, mass mailings, or pyramid schemes to third parties; (j) transmit files that are technically harmful (including, but not limited to, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, SQL injection, harmful components, corrupted data, or any other malicious software); and (k) use the websites for purposes other than those for which they were created.
Disclaimer (Disclaimer)
We disclaim any liability for damages resulting from the use of our websites or the content therein, including but not limited to lost profits, consequential, moral, or material damages. We do not guarantee that the functions incorporated or existing on the websites will be available without interruption or errors. Furthermore, there is no warranty that the website or its content are free from viruses or any contaminating or destructive properties. We will make every effort to ensure the accuracy, correctness, and reliability of our websites; however, we make no warranties regarding these matters. We are not responsible for any infringement of personality rights, copyrights, related rights, trademarks, or industrial property rights arising from any content available on our websites, nor for the nature of such content. Our sole obligation is to remove, following the procedures established in these Terms of Use, any content that is reasonably suspected of violating any rights. Any reference to products, services, processes, or other third-party information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us.
Tolerance
No failure or delay on our part to exercise any of our rights under these Terms of Use, our other policies, or applicable law shall imply or constitute a waiver of such rights.
Changes to the Terms of Use
The Terms of Use may be modified and updated by us at any time, at our sole discretion, to adapt to legislative changes or introduce new business practices. Unless otherwise stated in the updated version, such changes will take effect immediately. Therefore, it is important that you always read this document before using any of our websites. It may contain changes with which you do not agree. Continued use of our websites after the publication of these changes will constitute your full and tacit acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Although our websites can be accessed from anywhere in the world, our relationship with users will always be governed, under any circumstance and regardless of the user’s location, by Brazilian law—particularly the Consumer Protection Code, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, and these Terms of Use. To resolve any disputes or questions arising from your use of the services or their content, the courts of the State of Minas Gerais, District of Belo Horizonte, are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction, unless another privileged jurisdiction is established by law.
Compliance with third-party terms of use
Cifra Club applications use YouTube API services. By using our applications, clients, and users acknowledge and agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service, as well as the Google Privay Policy. Our applications comply with these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, ensuring a safe experience in accordance with the established guidelines.
Cifra Club Pro
Subscription
The Cifra Club Pro subscription can be purchased through various methods. In all cases, it is the subscriber’s sole responsibility to keep their email and subscription identifier safe. By subscribing, the subscriber expressly declares and guarantees they have the legal capacity to enter into such subscription, and that all information provided at the time of subscription is true and accurate in all respects. Studio Sol shall not be held liable for any subscriptions made following the procedures outlined herein, nor for the information provided, for which you alone are responsible regarding its truthfulness, accuracy, and compliance with the conditions described.
Subscription made through the App Store. Subscriptions made through the App Store use Apple’s payment system. Therefore, these subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions. Among those terms, Apple does not allow app developers (in this case, Studio Sol) to access any subscriber data, including, but not limited to, payment information. As a result, any inquiries regarding this subscription, including cancellation or refund requests for incorrectly charged amounts, must be made strictly and directly through Apple’s system, as Studio Sol has no control over or access to such matters.
Subscription made through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions made through the Google Play Store use Google’s payment system. Therefore, these subscriptions are subject to Google’s Terms and Conditions. Under those terms, Google allows developers to access subscription details using the email address associated with the purchase or the order number. As such, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to keep this information (as well as any other relevant subscription data) in order to verify it through Google’s system or with Studio Sol’s support team.
Subscription made through the Cifra Club website. Subscriptions made through the Cifra Club website are managed by Studio Sol and are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. For information regarding the subscription, cancellation, or refund, it is the subscriber’s responsibility to keep the email used for the purchase or the last four digits of the credit card used, to request assistance from Studio Sol’s support team (suporte@studiosol.com.br).
Subscriptions may be set to renew automatically or not.
Subscription with automatic renewal. Your Cifra Club Pro subscription, which may start with a free trial period, will continue to renew for the chosen period (month or year) unless and until you cancel your subscription or Studio Sol terminates it. To use the Cifra Club Pro service, you need to have internet access and provide a valid and accepted payment method ("payment method," which may be updated periodically). We will charge the price for the chosen subscription plan to your payment method. To cancel the subscription and avoid being charged for it on your payment method, you will need to cancel your subscription 24 hours before its renewal date.
Subscriptions without automatic renewal. A one-time purchase of the Cifra Club Pro subscription can be made, valid for a specific period. We will charge the corresponding price for the selected subscription plan using your chosen payment method. In this case, there is no need to cancel the subscription, as no further charges will be made after the contracted period ends.
Subscription Plans. Studio Sol may offer different subscription plans, including promotional plans or subscriptions, with varying conditions and limitations. Studio Sol reserves the right to change, create, discontinue, or modify the subscription plans offered.
Services available with a Cifra Club Pro subscription. All Cifra Club Pro subscriptions grant access to the same services, regardless of where you subscribed or whether your subscription is set to renew automatically or not. The subscription allows you to access all Cifra Club content available across our various apps without ads, as well as certain app features that are exclusive to subscribers. Since Cifra Club’s search system may rely on Google’s technology, search results might display ads, as we do not have control over this third-party system. Paid content — such as courses sold through the platform — is not included in the Cifra Club Pro subscription and must be purchased separately. With a single subscription, Cifra Club Pro users can access all apps and services on any of their compatible devices.
Taxes
If Studio Sol is required to collect or pay any taxes related to your purchase of a Paid Service, such as a Cifra Club Pro subscription, these taxes will be charged to you at the time of each transaction. Additionally, where required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying certain taxes in connection with your purchase and use of a Paid Service. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (excluding income taxes), along with any applicable interest or penalties, depending on your purchase or country of purchase.
Charges
Charges are recurring for subscriptions with automatic renewal. By starting your Cifra Club Pro subscription and providing or designating a payment method, you authorize Studio Sol or one of the stores described in section 1.a to charge the payment method for the amount corresponding to the contracted period.
Price changes. Studio Sol reserves the right to adjust the prices of the Cifra Club Pro service, or any part thereof, at any time and its sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect upon being updated in the subscription channels described in section 1.a.
Billing cycle. The subscription fee for the service will be charged at the beginning of your paid subscription period and for each subsequent period (monthly or yearly), unless and until you cancel your automatically renewing subscription, which must be done at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Studio Sol will automatically charge the provided payment method on the corresponding day of the chosen plan based on the day your paid subscription started. The subscription fee is considered fully earned upon payment. Studio Sol, or one of the stores described in item 1.a, reserves the right to change the billing cycle, especially if it was not possible to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. If your paid subscription began on a day that does not occur in a subsequent month, Studio Sol will charge your payment method on an applicable day of that month or on another day deemed appropriate. For example, if you started your Studio Sol subscription or became a paying subscriber on January 31, your next payment date will be February 28 (the last day of the following month), and subsequent payments will be adjusted to this date. Your subscription renewal date may change due to modifications to your subscription. Studio Sol may request an authorization from your payment method to prepare the subscription fee or other service-related charges. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “charge” means to post a debit, to debit, or offset the amount payable, as applicable, from your payment method.
Payment methods. If it is not possible to process the full amount due on your payment method—whether due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons—and you do not update your payment information or cancel your account, you will remain responsible for the full outstanding balance. This may affect your billing cycle dates, as Studio Sol reserves the right to attempt automatic collection of the pending amount.
