  1. Through your registration with Cifra Club ID: to create an account for any of our products, you need to register a user with Cifra Club ID using your email and a password. During registration, we ask for your name, email, city, and date of birth.

  2. Browsing Data: We also collect your data when you (i) use our products; (ii) fill out forms, leave comments, participate in promotions, polls, online events, giveaways, perform searches, and engage in other interactions within our products; and (iii) access our products via your computer, mobile phone, smart TV, or other access devices. The data collected from your access to our services includes your IP address; information about your access device (such as device identifier, advertising ID, operating system name and type); details about your internet connection; your browser type; and the pages and content you visit on our products. Additionally, when you interact with certain products, we may request access to your contacts, photo gallery, social media photos, camera, microphone, and contact list on your device. In such cases, your prior authorization will always be requested before collecting this data.

  3. Data obtained from third parties: We collect data about you from publicly available sources, service providers, and partners who share your data with us in accordance with applicable laws.

  4. Through the use of cookies: Cookies are small text files sent to and stored on your computer. They allow us to recognize, track, and save your browsing as an internet user, enabling us to offer personalized content based on your preferences and deliver ads that best match your profile. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable measures to verify your identity—such as requiring a password and user identification—before granting access to your personal data.

  3. Request for correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data: This right allows you to request the correction and/or updating of your personal data at any time if you find that any of it is incorrect.

  4. Request for anonymization, blocking, or deletion of personal data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in violation of the law: This right allows you to request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of your personal data from our database. All personal data collected will be anonymized, blocked, or removed from our servers upon request or when no longer necessary or relevant for providing our services—unless there is another reason to retain the data, such as a legal obligation or to protect Studio Sol’s rights. Please note that these changes may take up to 7 days to be fully processed due to technical reasons.

  5. Right to withhold or withdraw consent at any time: You have the right to withhold or withdraw your consent at any time; however, this will not affect the legality of any processing carried out prior to that. If you choose not to provide or to revoke your consent, we may be unable to offer you certain products or services. If that is the case, we will inform you accordingly.

  6. Right to obtain information about the public and private entities with which we share your data: This right allows you to request detailed information at any time about the entities with whom and for what purposes we share your personal data.

  7. Right to object to certain processing of personal data: You also have the right to object to certain purposes of data processing. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have legitimate grounds for processing your data that override your rights—for example, when the processing is strictly necessary for the functionality of our products or services.

Who do we share this data with?

Advertising Networks

For targeted advertising based on your profile, provided that you have cookies enabled in your browser.

Information Technology Service Providers

For (i) providing cloud services for our platform; (ii) hosting our products and content; and (iii) delivering technical and operational support for the products. In these cases, your data will be stored and processed on third-party platforms, which may be located in Brazil or abroad.

Analytics

To perform audience, reach, and relevance analyses of our products.

Business partners

To improve our services and expand/develop new business opportunities in order to enhance your experience with our products and deliver even higher-quality content. We may also share some of your data with a technology partner company for testing and data analysis purposes aimed at fostering the development and improvement of technological solutions designed to reduce fraud in apps. In this case, the types of data shared include indirect identification data related to (i) your device identifiers; (ii) device information such as device model, operating system, and others; and (iii) app-related information such as app sessions, new user registrations, among others. All data will be deleted once the processing purposes are fulfilled, and you can always object to this processing or request more information by contacting suporte@studiosol.com.br.

Payment service providers

To process payments when purchasing a paid service or product. In this case, we share your card number, banking and billing information, and contact details with the institutions responsible for payment processing. We do not store any banking data in our products; we only transmit it to complete the purchase.

Government Authorities (law enforcement agencies, public entities, or any other governmental organizations)

To comply with legal, judicial, and administrative orders, as well as official requests from competent authorities. Additionally, to initiate or take legal, judicial, and administrative actions to defend our rights as outlined in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

How do we protect this data?

Our measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction include physical and logical asset protection, encrypted communications, access management, adherence to secure software development practices, and internal compliance policies that integrate security throughout the lifecycle of our services.

All these policies are reviewed periodically to ensure they remain secure and up to date against the various threats that frequently emerge on the internet. However, it is not possible to guarantee that our systems are completely invulnerable. That’s why we have dedicated teams ready to respond promptly in case of any incident.

We enter into data processing agreements and/or contracts with third parties with whom we share your data to ensure that it is protected in accordance with legal requirements.

You may request the permanent deletion of your personal data provided during registration from Studio Sol at any time by sending an email to suporte@studiosol.com.br. However, exceptions apply for mandatory record retention as required by the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law 12.965/2014) or for aggregated and non-identifiable data used for statistical purposes.
