I've been going from the live recording for this version as it's the only one I actually
have on my computer.  The one bit towards the bottom that's played seven times is the
only bit I'm unsure about, it sounds as though he's sliding about a bit more but I can't
quite make it out.
On the third chunk of tab I've put down, the (0) bit is there because sometimes he mutes
the string at that point and sometimes he plays it open, so switch between the two options.
