My surroundings fading to black
Though my sight is blinded still
By the searing twilight above
The haunting stare of the cold Sun
Bellowed cries speak my name

From the distant void in death I dread
They entrance my tiresome limbs
A spiraling soul in a world bereft
Fathering ruin guide me forth

Through fields of grief and thorn
Through the rivers that flow thick
With the blood of our failures and scorn
In the streams that carry our lost souls afloat
Through the tranquility of everlasting woe
Bury me in the sands of her waning arms
As nameless I wash upon the vacant shore
